Cancellation, flexibly
Plans change. Cancel up to 14 days before check in and it costs you nothing; inside 14 days we charge half the stay, and inside 7 days, or if you don't arrive, the full stay. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. The full policy is in our Terms & Conditions and on your booking confirmation. If life genuinely happens, send us a message and we'll see what we can do.
